A Group with Public Health Experts, Legal Experts, Agri Experts with various Leaders and experts of the Society PAN INDIA to create a reference document to control the Dog Menace, without prejudice to the animals, in the interest of the Citizens and Animals cattles etc of India and appropriate Legal modifications of the ABC Rules for minimizing the Stray Dogs bites of the Citizens, cattles and avoiding the Road Traffic Accidents and Public Health issues such as the open daefaecation and urination resulting transmission of infections and as agent of carrying the infective sources from one zone to another zone.
This group is not for killing stray dogs but to keep them in shelters with sterilization and vaccination.
The word STRAY DOGS itself undermines and underscores.
Gaining the Political Will and a referendum by PAN INDIA representation with the Federal and State Governments and the Judicial System to minimize the stray dogs' menaces is the mission - An initiative of the ARMA MEDICAL FOUNDATION, CHENNAI Tamil Nadu.
